How to use scan-to-email on the Brother DCP-9020CDW (London office)
- On the scanner, press Web
- Press Easy Scan to E-mail
- If you have not used the scanner before, you'll need to add your email address to the scanner's address book:
- Press Edit Account
- Press Register Account > OK
- Type in your email address and press OK
- Type in your first name
- Press No
- Press Yes and press OK
- Press the type of file you want to scan to (select PDF if unsure)
- Once you've selected your scan options, press OK
- Load your paper into the document feeder or onto the glass
- If you have used the scanner before:
- Find your name in the list and press it
- Press the type of file you want to scan to (select PDF if unsure)
- Once you've selected your scan options, press OK
- Load your paper into the document feeder or onto the glass
- You should receive your scan via email.
